Job Duties:

SSP Industries is looking for Pipelayers with seasoned experience for our underground utility division. Pay based on past or recent experience and skills in water and sewer/pipelaying. Concrete forming/finishing knowledge is a plus and the ability to operate light equipment is valued. SSP work week is Monday thru Friday with weekends off. Any weekend/emergency after hours work is paid at a higher rate. Average 10 hours per week of overtime is available.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Locate existing underground utilities by hand digging potholing • Install underground waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines • Backfill waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm drain lines utilizing vibratory plates, tampers, jumping jacks and remote-controlled trench compactors • General labor and other construction activities as assigned. SAFETY •Promote, execute and adhere to SSP safety program • Wear required PPE • OSHA 10 hour safety training preferred but can be obtained upon hire • Attend regular safety trainings. Job Duties:

The General Laborer will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of workers on the construction site including but not limited to concrete finisher, pipelayer, lead pipelayer, operator, and superintendent. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Locate existing underground utilities by hand digging potholing • Assist with the install of underground waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines • Assist in the process of backfilling waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm drain lines utilizing vibratory plates, tampers, jumping jacks and remote-controlled trench compactors • Assist pipelayers and operators as assigned. This may include jobs such as demolition, handing tools and materials on top of the ditch. • Unloads materials that are delivered such as lumber or bags of cement and distributes them to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans, or specifications. • Prepares layout area where construction will take place by properly measuring, marking, or recording openings or distances. • Prepares tools and materials for skilled workers, mixing cement or preparing flooring for installation. • Cleans and prepares specific areas of jobsite as assigned. This may include digging trenches erecting scaffolding cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash or removing hazardous materials. • Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools. • Directs traffic near, in, or around work zones. • Motions equipment operator to assist with alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. • Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored. • Basic trench safety knowledge and properly setting ladders securely to assist pipelayers access in and out of trench and/or manholes. • General labor and other construction activities as assigned. Job Duties:

The Loading Machine Operator will maintain and operate loading equipment. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None. Duties/Responsibilities: • Operates loading equipment and heavy machinery including wheeled loader, power shovels, stripping shovels, scraper loaders, and backhoes (second compactor). • Effectively completes tasks such as backfilling excavations and breaking concrete or rock using appropriate equipment. • Operate a wheel loader to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. • Operate a wheel loader to spread and level materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt. • Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials around the job site. • Conducts routine inspections before operating equipment to identify needed maintenance or repairs. • Performs or requests necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment. • Follow instructions from supervisor regarding material loading and transportation. • Transports materials around job sites. • Consults digging plans, machine specifications, and safety procedures for specific tasks. • Ensures work is completed to specification by observing grade stakes, material levels, hand signals, and other markers. • Ensure the wheel loader is kept clean and in good working condition. • Assists ground crew when there is no equipment to operate. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Musty operate equipment safety and follow the company safety guidelines. ROLE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Operators should have the physical strength and stamina to stand strenuous work environments • Knowledge and ability to safely operate wheeled loader, skid steer, mini excavator and backhoe • Conducts routine inspections before operating equipment to identify needed maintenance or repairs. • Performs or requests necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment. • Consults digging plans, machine specifications, and safety procedures for specific tasks. • Ensures work is completed to specification by observing grade stakes, material levels, hand signals, and other markers. • Transports materials around job sites. • Time management – This job requires the ability to complete work projects in an efficient manner and to strict schedules. Applicants need to have good time management skills and be organized. • Team-work – Excavator operators work closely with other team members and construction workers. The Plumbing/Plant/Vertical Construction Project Manager is responsible for the safety, day-to-day over-sight, delivery of all projects, planning and communications of all current plumbing construction projects. Our firm only works in the commercial plumbing industry, no residential plumbing or service calls. You will manage your construction projects from start to finish with the help of a seasoned support staff. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. Duties/Responsibilities: Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Must have a complete working knowledge of estimating. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Conducts risk assessments reports identified risks to management provides recommendations for mitigation of risk including termination of the project if appropriate. Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Identifying issues and providing resolution through Request for Information RFI and Change Order processes. Identifying manpower and equipment needs through interaction with company project superintendents. Evaluating project schedule status and providing solutions to maintain the period of performance completion dates. Validating contract work scopes During times of high bid volume assisting with estimating from start to finish Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings Assisting project superintendents with material orders when needed Must have complete working knowledge of all aspects of commercial plumbing from estimating the project to installation. Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Hours of Work: Full Time Classification: Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting and supporting with the safety, day-to-day oversight, delivery of all projects, planning and communications of all assigned construction projects. Establish and implement project scheduling, requests and approvals from approving authorities for certain activities on the projects, daily crew line outs, follow-up for all requests to ensure no delays in the projects, written correspondence with customers and Project Managers with respect to projects and project information, assisting in information requests and change orders, and all other items to support the project managers and other SSP staff in managing the company’s projects. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties/Responsibilities: The following are examples of the minimum amount of work that will be required. Additional work will be added in the support of the company’s projects as needed. • Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. • Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings • Assisting project superintendents and other field personnel with material orders, equipment requests, labor requests, etc., as needed • Conduct site-visits, as required, to gather information for your project manager. • Maintain current project schedules. • Assist Project Manager with gathering information to accurately report pay applications. • Gather information to create and submit RFI’s, change orders, traffic control plans, outage requests, erosion control plans, SWPPP’s, daily crew line out’s, and other information requests as directed by the Project Managers. • Update and organize spreadsheet trackers/reporting as required by Project Manager. • Learn and understand the various phases of the project and what each phase of the project demands. With the information, plan and prepare for upcoming activities that will be required for the project to maintain on or ahead of schedule as well • Collaborates with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects. • Manage project material & equipment inventory, maintaining current information for each project and what items are there, needed, possibly should be returned, etc. and communicating this with your Project Manager. • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors/suppliers. • Prepares/organizes agendas for scheduled meetings between company, customers, and vendors/suppliers. • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
