Job Duties:

SSP Industries is looking for Pipelayers with seasoned experience for our underground utility division. Pay based on past or recent experience and skills in water and sewer/pipelaying. Concrete forming/finishing knowledge is a plus and the ability to operate light equipment is valued. SSP work week is Monday thru Friday with weekends off. Any weekend/emergency after hours work is paid at a higher rate. Average 10 hours per week of overtime is available.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Locate existing underground utilities by hand digging potholing • Install underground waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines • Backfill waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm drain lines utilizing vibratory plates, tampers, jumping jacks and remote-controlled trench compactors • General labor and other construction activities as assigned. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Planning and scheduling of the work for your assigned project. 2. Ordering and organizing materials, subcontractors, equipment and labor. 3. Verifying, marking and maintaining locates. 4. Providing all required job reporting. 5. Requirements:

Job Duties:

The Commercial Plumbing Foreman/Superintendent will oversee all phases of a plumbing project. Supervisory Responsibilities: • May direct and supervise the work of laborers, operators, and apprentice plumbers as necessary to aid in safe and efficient completion of tasks. • Submits timecards and requests for time off. • Prepares work schedules and assignments. • Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules. Job Duties:

We are looking for an experienced heavy equipment mechanic to inspect, service, and maintain our range of heavy-duty construction equipment. You will be responsible for driving to the job site, inspecting engines and equipment, carrying out services, conducting repairs, and providing routine maintenance to the construction fleet. To ensure success as a heavy equipment mechanic, you should have proven experience working with heavy machinery, be physically fit, and be able to troubleshoot issues on the job site. We are looking for someone who is a team player who works well under pressure and can work independently to complete tasks. You will manage your construction projects from start to finish with the help of a seasoned support staff. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. Duties/Responsibilities: Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Must have a complete working knowledge of estimating. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Conducts risk assessments reports identified risks to management provides recommendations for mitigation of risk including termination of the project if appropriate.
