Experience in Commercial Plumbing is preferred. You will be assisting a Journeyman Plumber. Must be able to lift 80 pounds, willing to work hard and learn. Must have basic plumbing tools and apprentice license.

Job Duties:

Looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manger. Must have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership skills. Prefer someone with a Bachelors degree in construction or Business Management or related field. Five years minimum experience with Project Management and 5-10 Years experience in Commercial Plumbing.

Requirements:

Heavy scheduling and planning required. You will act closely with the field supervisors for material order placement. RFI\\\\\\\'s, change orders, and other daily correspondence. Strong problem solving skills as well as solid communication skills will be required. Need a strong leader with great management skills. Attending meetings for your projects. Job Duties:

SSP Industries is looking for Pipelayers with seasoned experience for our underground utility division. Up to $25 hour pay based on past or recent experience and skills in water and sewer/pipelaying. Concrete forming/finishing knowledge is a plus and the ability to operate light equipment is valued. SSP work week is Monday thru Friday with weekends off. Any weekend/emergency after hours work is paid at a higher rate. Average 10 hours per week of overtime is available.

Requirements:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Locate existing underground utilities by hand digging potholing • Install underground waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines • Backfill waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm drain lines utilizing vibratory plates, tampers, jumping jacks and remote-controlled trench compactors • General labor and other construction activities as assigned. SAFETY •Promote, execute and adhere to SSP safety program • Wear required PPE • OSHA 10 hour safety training preferred but can be obtained upon hire • Attend regular safety trainings. This position is responsible for supervising the day to day operations, planning, communications, leadership and job completion of assigned projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Planning and scheduling of the work for your assigned project. 2. Ordering and organizing materials, subcontractors, equipment and labor. 3. Verifying, marking and maintaining locates. 4. Providing all required job reporting. 5. Completing as-builts and redlines. 6. Actively participating in and taking responsibility for execution of SSP’s safety program. 7. Communicating and coordinating with SSP project management. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications: 1. Good experience supervising a utility crew installing and repairing underground water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and natural gas lines and structures. Experience with the construction of small lift stations is a plus. a. Able to read, comprehend and implement plans and specifications. b. Able to calculate, shoot grades, slopes and elevations. Utilize levels and lasers. c. Able to perform density-controlled compaction for subgrades and backfill materials. d. Able to operate equipment utilized for the installation of underground utilities such as excavators, backhoes and wheel loaders. e. Able to train others to install underground utilities. f. Minimum 3 to 5 year’s experience as a utility supervisor is preferred. 2. Exhibit excellent technical knowledge of the installation, maintenance and repair of underground utilities. 3. Willing to promote, execute and adhere to SSP’s safety program. 4. Obtain OSHA 30-hour training certification unless already holds this certification. 5. Job Duties:

We are looking to hire an experienced concrete finisher who can expertly place, level, and smooth concrete on a variety of surfaces including roads, sidewalks, curbs, and floors. You will also be required to set forms that hold the concrete in place, patch existing surfaces, cut expansion joints, and monitor the curing of the concrete to ensure a high-quality finish. To be a successful concrete finisher, you must possess the skills necessary for the trade and be familiar with the latest concrete placing technology. You should also be physically able to stand for long periods of time, work on your knees, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in high heat and cold weather. Concrete Finisher Responsibilities: • Setting forms that hold the concrete in place. • Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for placement issues. • Directing the casting of the concrete with the truck driver. • Placing, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed. This includes handheld tools and power tool versions. • Monitoring the effects of the weather on the curing process. • Applying sealing and hardening components. • Safely operating power vibrator to ensure the concrete is compacted. • Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools. • Other duties assigned

Requirements:
